Our Machines

Small and Mid Size Series and Parts:

With our machine park we are able to manufacture small and medium size parts. Our flexibility enables us to handle small series and prototypes on our multi-axle CNC machines and up to larger series on our fully automated centers with automatic feeding.

We have 21 multi axle CNC centers, milling and turning and machines with up to 9 axles (Mazak Integrex ST300 IV)

Our machine park mainly consists of Mazak and Okuma machines.

Large Series

We have capacity for productions of larger series on turned parts on our 2 vertikale Okuma Turning centers with full automatic feeding of raw items. For larger milling series we have an Okuma MH400 0H horizontal milling centre.

Production with Robotics

In summer 2013 we invested in our first robot cell which is installed in combination with a CNC- lathe. Today we have 6 robots installed on mid size lathes.

Manual Machining Department

We have a manual machining department for prototypes and one off production when it is not worthwhile to start up a CNC center. It is also the “playground” for our apprentices who start their career here. In this department we also handle repair and service jobs for local industries.

Welding, Grinding and Polish of Stainless Steel

We have a welding department in combination with grinding and polishing facilities. This enables to manufacture valve parts and welded constructions with very fine surface requirements to demanding industries like food, pharma and beverage industry.

Laser Marking and Needle Printing

We have a laser marking machine for marking of items with serial numbers and charge numbers or for printing of customer labels. Needle printing is also an option.
